STUDY SESSION 6:00 p.m. - Executive Conference Room, Level 3 CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Chair Schlotterbeck called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. All members present.

	1.			Matters from the Audience Opened. Ashley Cole introduced herself as part of the Chamber of Commerce. Closed.

	2.			Agenda Items / Clarify Regular Meeting Topics None.

	3.			Informational / Project Updates Staff gave an overview of current projects in the city.

	4.			Old Business/ Central Park Village - Lot 5 Staff gave an overview of updates to Central Park Village - Lot 5. Meeting adjourned at 6:58 pm.
