PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL EMERGENCY CONCERNING THE COVID-19 VIRUS DECLARED BY THE BREA CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 19, 2020 AND EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 ISSUED BY GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 18, 2020, THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING STUDY SESSION WILL BE CONDUCTED TELEPHONICALLY VIA THE ZOOM TELECONFERENCING PLATFORM. THESE GUIDELINES MAY BE UPDATED UP TO AND DURING THE MEETING AS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION FROM FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES. Procedures for Addressing the Commission The Commission encourages public participation during Public Hearings and under Matters from the Audience. State Law prohibits the Commission from responding to or acting upon matters not listed on this agenda.
