CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL

Chair McGrade called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. All members present.
             
1. Matters from the Audience

None.
             
2. Presentation on Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance Update

Diana Varat from Richards, Watson & Gershon Law gave a PowerPoint presentation on Accessory Dwelling Units and answered questions related to:
  • Lot size
  • Sewer and sprinklers
  • Minimum size requirements
  • Parking
  • RHNA
  • State vs HOA's
  • Historic Districts
  • Property Tax Assesment
  • Districting
             
3. Presentation on Future Omnibus Zone Text Amendment (ZTA)
  • Large Family Daycare
  • Recreational Vehicle Parking
  • Multi-Family Private Open Space Requirements

Associate Planners Franco and Montojo provided a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions related to upcoming Omnibus amendment.
             
4. Development Update Presentation

Director Steinkruger and Deputy Director, Gabriel Linares provided a PowerPoint presentation of current and upcoming development projects within the City.
             
5. Accela Land Management System (LMS) Presentation

Deputy Director, Gabriel Linares, provided a PowerPoint on the new Accela platform the City will soon be using to streamline processes for staff,residents and developers.
             
Chair McGrade adjourned the meeting at 8:37 pm.
