NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

BREA CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Closed Session Special Meeting of the City Council will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Said meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, 1 Civic Center Circe - Plaza Level - Brea, CA, 92821.

Such Special Meeting shall be held to discuss existing and potential litigation items identified on the agenda.

This meeting is being conducted consistent with Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Written comments may be sent to the City Clerk's Office at cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net no later than 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020. To provide comments by teleconference, members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7756 or cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net no later than 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 to obtain the teleconference number and password. Teleconference participants will be muted until recognized at the appropriate time by the Council.
