CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL

Chair Schlotterbeck called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. All members are present.
             
1. Matters from the Audience

Heidi Gallegos of the Chamber of Commerce thanked Senior Planner Tinio and Assistant Planner Montojo for their presentation at the Young Professionals meeting on July, 17, 2019.
             
2. Agenda Items / Clarify Regular Meeting Topics

The City received a request by the applicant to continue the consideration of an amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 92-12 and Precise Development No. 19-03: a request for improvements to the car wash located at 300 South Brea Blvd., currently known as Gateway Auto Spa to become 5 N Go Express Car Wash located in the C-G (PD) General Commercial (Precise Development) Zone.
             
3. Informational / Project Updates

Senior Planner Tinio presented a preview of a Tentative Parcel Map for 411 Sievers which will come to the Commission in the future.
             
4. Training

1. Mark Rogers of TRG presented training on “Hillside Development & Open Space Strategy."

2. City Planner Lilley presented training on “The Role of the Commissioner."

Chair Schlotterbeck adjourned the meeting at 7:30 pm.
