Procedures for Addressing the Council
The Council encourages interested people to address this legislative body by making a brief presentation on a public hearing item when the Mayor calls the item or address other items under Matters from the Audience. State Law prohibits the City Council from responding to or acting upon matters not listed on this agenda.

If others have already expressed your position, you may simply indicate that you agree with a previous speaker. If appropriate, a spokesperson may present the views of your entire group. 20.   April 2, 2019 City Council Regular Meeting Minutes - Approve. 
 
21.   Replacement of the current AT&T copper wire phone circuit lines with a virtual connection, establishing redundant Internet access capabilities for improved Disaster Recovery - Authorize the City’s Procurement & Contracts Administrator to sign the agreement and any subsequent renewals for AT&T to add Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) telephone trunk lines to replace our current Primary Rate Interface (PRI) physical line, at a net cost of $6,624 per year for a three (3) year term.
 
22.   Annual Engineer's Report for Maintenance Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 - Approval and Receipt of the Annual Engineer's Report for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and adopt the Resolutions of Intent to set a Public Hearing for each District on June 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.

26.   Public Hearing to Consider a Solid Waste Services Rate Increase for Commercial Customers for Commercial Organics Recycling Program; Amendment No. 1 to Brea Disposal (Republic) Contract - Receive public input, adopt Resolution No. 2019-024 approving the proposed solid waste services rate increase of 3.06% for commercial customers, and approve Amendment No.1 to agreement with Brea Disposal (Republic).
