NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BREA FINANCE COMMITTEE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea Finance Committee will be held on April 24, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room, third floor of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California.

Said special meeting shall be for the purposes of:

Approval and receipt of the Annual Engineer's Report for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and adopt the Resolutions of Intent to set a Public Hearing for each District on June 5, 2018, at 7:00pm;

Adopt the resolutions appropriating funds to adjust the Fiscal Year 2017-18 City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets; and

Adopt resolution to adjust the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Successor Agency to the Brea Redevelopment Agency Operating Budget.
