Resolutions Approving Conveyance of Governmental Use Property from the Successor Agency to the City of Brea
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt resolutions.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the time of the dissolution of redevelopment, Brea Fire Station 2 which is located at 200 North Brea Boulevard, was still held in the name of the Brea Redevelopment Agency.

The conveyance of this property to the City of Brea has been reviewed and approved by both the Oversight Board and the State Department of Finance (DOF). Therefore, the Successor Agency is asked to adopt a resolution conveying this property to the City and the City Council is asked to adopt a resolution accepting it. If the recommended resolutions are adopted, the Mayor will be asked to sign the Grant Deed and the City Clerk will be asked to process the acceptance form.
SUMMARY/FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with the adoption of these resolutions or the conveyance of the property.
