Procedures for Addressing the Council
The Council encourages interested people to address this legislative body by making a brief presentation on a public hearing item when the Mayor calls the item or address other items under Matters from the Audience. State Law prohibits the City Council from responding to or acting upon matters not listed on this agenda.

The Council encourages free expression of all points of view. To allow all persons the opportunity to speak, please keep your remarks brief. If others have already expressed your position, you may simply indicate that you agree with a previous speaker. If appropriate, a spokesperson may present the views of your entire group. Award bid and contract to EAR Engineering, Construction and Support Services for $482,154 plus 15 percent contingency from Water, Sewer and Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Funds to remove and replace three existing underground fuel storage tanks with 10,000 gallon aboveground split fuel storage tank system at City Yard in accordance with air quality and environmental regulations, offer operational efficiencies and significantly reduce maintenance costs for The City Yard Underground Fuel Tanks Replacement Project 7918
 
30.   Amend Waste Disposal Agreement with Orange County to provide stable disposal rates for residents and businesses, continued service levels, ensure long term capacity, and share net importation revenues with cities for continued importation of waste at County’s three landfills extending terms through June 30, 2025 - Adopt resolution
