NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL MEETING of the BREA CITY COUNCIL will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Said meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, 1 Civic Center Circle - 1st Floor, Brea, CA, 92821.

Said special meeting shall be to ratify The Proclamation of Existence of a Local Emergency, as issued on March 16, 2020 by the City Manager.
