NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BREA FINANCE COMMITTEE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea Finance Committee will be held on March 8, 2018 at 8:30a.m. in the Executive Conference Room, Third Floor of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California.

Said special meeting shall be for the purposes of approval and discussion of the following items:

Approve Purchase Order for Shot Hole Borer Treatment
Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. for Design Services and Resolution for Appropriating Additional Funds for the SR-57 & Lambert Road Interchange Improvements, CIP 7251
2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report - Status
