NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
OVERSIGHT BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Oversight Board will be held on January 23, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room, Third Floor of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California.

Said special meeting shall be for the purposes to: 1) Approve the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 18-19) and the Administrative Budgets; 2) Approve Bond Proceeds Funding Agreement Between the City of Brea and the Successor Agency to the Brea Redevelopment Agency for the 2011A Non-Housing Bonds; and 3) Approve the Last and Final Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule.
