CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
 
1.   Public Comment - This is the portion of the meeting for any member of the public to address the Oversight Board on any matter not on the agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the board. The Brown Act, with limited exception, does not allow the board or staff to discuss issues brought forth under Public Comment. Comments should be limited to 5 minutes per person.

3.   Bond Proceeds Funding Agreement Between the City of Brea and the Successor Agency to the Brea Redevelopment Agency for the 2011A Non-Housing Bonds - Adopt Resolution OB 2018-03 Approving the Bond Proceeds Funding Agreement.
 
4.   Last and Final Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule - Adopt Resolution OB 2018-04 Approving the Last and Final Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (LFROPS) and take related actions.
